One of our founders Brad Draper is the recipient of the 2018 NSW Premiers Award for his work with the Kenjarhy Solar. His passion lies with assisting Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders enter the workforce and excel in their roles.

In 2020 he established a company Aboriginal Sustainable Homes with the goal of providing entry into the construction industry for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders. From here he has grown his team and committed to assisting 150+ Aboriginal Women in 2024 gain Cert II in Construction, giving them an entry level qualification to be better placed in gaining apprenticeships of their choice.
