Course Content
The course consists of theory & practical training, followed by an assessment day which consists of both written & practical components.

Certificate holders are well-equipped to pursue a variety of roles in the hospitality sector, encompassing working in restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.

Course Requirements
Appropriate clothing and covered shoes or boots, food and drinks. This course is covered in both a face to face & online learning environment. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age and will be 18 years old at the completion of your course. This will allow you to be able to work within the industry serving alcohol.

Course Fees
All enrolments are considered tentative until payment has been received. Full course fee must be paid within 48 hours of enrolment.
Course Outcome
Upon successful completion participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment of SIT20322.
Occupational Titles may include: Food & Beverage Attendant, Barista & Café Service, Function Attendant.
